Performance appraisals & reviews are intended as a means of measuring/improving
individual performance through mutually agreed performance goals between the employees
and their supervisors, fostering professionaldevelopment and career growth & aiding
in the determination of merit increases. The appraisal process intends to align
employee behaviors to organizational goals and strives to improve motivation, growth,
and performance of the appraisee. The Performance Management System tool is used
to conduct Performance Appraisals and Reviews and data relating to an employee’s
performance review - Quarterly and annual as applicable is documented and maintained
for future use by both the employees and reporting Manager.
